Kingman Coffee is a micro coffee roaster in Des Moines, Iowa.  We offer a constantly rotating menu of the most interesting, high quality coffee we can find.

Our focus is small batch specialty coffee, lightly roasted to enhance the natural aromas and sweetness of great beans.

About the Roasters

Kristen and Lyle Erickson started roasting coffee with a hand cranked popcorn popper. As home roasters, we played with different coffees, upgraded our equipment, and learned to roast for the multitude of brewing methods.

In 2018, we upgraded our roaster to a small production machine and began selling coffee at Des Moines area farmers markets.

As we consider options to expand production, we remain fully committed to the quality of our coffee and to our roots as coffee nerds and hobbyists.
