Available Ingredients

Burundi: Malt, vanilla
Colombia: Caramel, honey
Mexico: Chocolate, cola
Heidi’s Blend (pre-blended): Rustic fruitiness, heavy body
Ethiopia Decaf: Brown sugar, tea
Drake Park Decaf (pre-blended): Cocoa, fairly neutral, medium body
Robusta: Extra bitterness, heavy body, high caffeine, huge crema; recommended less than 20% of your blend

City: Uncaramelized sweetness, highest acidity, lowest body; clearest taste of coffee origin
City+: Balanced sweetness and acidity, medium body; our favored roast level for single-origin coffees
Full City: Caramelized sugars, lower acidity, fuller body, some roastiness and increased bitterness/boldness
Full City+: Reduced sweetness and acidity, increased roastiness and bitterness/boldness, lightly oily; our favored roast level for espresso
Light French: Subdued sweetness and acidity, roasty and bitter/bold, oily beans; classic espresso roast level
Dark French: Roastiness dominates, blend components might not be recognizable, beans very oily
